After you've set up a basic Profile it's easy to find opponents to play online. Challenge someone to a match by typing in their username or sending an email to one of your phone contacts. Alternatively, Wordfeud can find a random opponent for you to play online. Add users to your Friends list to conveniently send them invites in the future. An integrated chat feature allows for friendly banter during matches.

Board Re-viewed
Intelligent use of color, transparency, and space creates a rich but tasteful visual experience. The game board features all of the familiar bonus squares (Triple Letter, Double Word, etc.), and can be set up in the standard layout or a randomly generated array. Scroll around the board with the flick of a finger, or double-tap the screen to zoom in or out for a better view.
Drag-and-Drop Wordplay
Move letter pieces around the board using the intuitive touchscreen interface. You can place pieces on the board even if it's not your turn, and a Clear button will return all your pieces to your hand if you want to start fresh. A Shuffle button randomly rearranges the letters in your hand to help you visualize word possibilities. When you're sure you've come up with the most brilliant word possible, click Play and Wordfeud's built-in dictionary will make sure your word is legitimate before turning play over to your opponent.
Enable Push Notifications and Wordfeud will let you know when it's your turn to make a move. A 72-hour time limit between turns allows you to play at your own pace, and if you need additional stimulation you can juggle up to 30 games simultaneously. If a game goes sour, a Resign button provides a quick, easy exit.
Personalize Your Profile
The robust Settings menu allows for plenty of customization. Update the username, email, or password associated with your profile, and upload your own profile picture. Toggle Notifications on or off, with options for Vibrate, Notification light, and Notification ringtone.
Wordfeud features six different dictionaries allowing play in multiple languages: Danish, Dutch, English International (SOWPODS), English US (TWL), Norwegian, and Swedish. Wordfeud Free displays advertising banners, while the paid version is ad-free.
